PROJECT DETAILS:
AEC was the key member of design and construction team for obtaining Site Plan Approval, permitting and required regulatory approvals. Served as Engineer-of-Record for water, wastewater and associated site improvements for the project. AEC was the Contractor-of-Record and assisted design and construction team for ground-up 54 residential homes and 83 RV site including resort amenities and marina with an approx. project value of $40 million.
