Construction improvement including regulatory approvals for approx. 100+ guest rooms from almost bare shell structure to FFE installation. Re-build marina, beach cottages and resort amenities. Served as the Engineer-of-Record and Contractor-of-Record for the project with an approx. project value of $28 million.
