PROJECT DETAILS:
Responsible for construction improvement for approx. 65+ rooms from almost bare shell structure to FFE installation, including design and construction of site improvement, water, wastewater and fire protection including complete rebuild of existing marina. Served as the Engineer-of-Record and Contractor-of-Record for the project with an approx. project value of $16 million.
