Engineering design and construction improvement including regulatory improvements for approx. 50+ guest rooms from bare shell structure to FFE installation including site improvement, water, wastewater and fire protection including complete rebuild of existing marina and boat slips. Served as the Engineer-of-Record and Contractor-of-Record for the project with an approx. project value of $12 million.
