PROJECT DETAILS:
AEC served as the design-build engineering and construction firm for water and wastewater utilities, underground electric, paving, grading and drainage improvement for ground up construction that entailed ground-up conference room, 50-ocean front premium guest rooms, 10-unit staff housing and golf course improvements with an approx. project value of $40 million. AEC played a key role in regulatory approvals and assisting design and construction team for construction improvement for ground-up vertical construction.
