PROJECT DETAILS:
Construction and design improvement for approx. 150+ guest rooms with added private lanais from almost bare shell structure to FFE installation. The improvements also included marina and dock and seawall addition, beach restoration, tiki bar and restaurants, commercial pool and other resort amenities. Served as the Engineer-of-Record and Contractor-of-Record for the project with an approx. project value of $29 million.
