PROJECT DETAILS:
Construction improvement including regulatory approvals for renovation of approx. 200+ guest rooms from bare shell structure to FFE installation. Assisted the design and construction team to rebuild a world class marina, commercial kitchen, three onsite restaurants, two pools, beach boardwalk restoration and bars including other resort amenities. Served as the Engineer-of-Record and Contractor-of-Record for the project with an approx. project value of $45 million.
